Saturday's 10am - Yin Yang Flow a way to explore both the yin and yang sides of the yoga practice. Each class blends two styles of yoga into one practice.
We begin with pranayama and yin poses, calming passive asanas that are held for longer periods of time, encouraging us onto the mat calming the mind and working on the joints before the muscles are warm, which better prepares the body and mind to then explore flexibility, strength and range of motion during our yang inspired vinyasa flow sequences and standing postures, finishing with our guided relaxation as always.
This method of sequencing is designed to offer a full body opening and well rounded practice.
