This workshop shows you Yoga exercises that you can incorporate into your day and do anytime at your desk.
Sessions will open and release tightness in the hips, hamstrings, shoulders, wrists, neck and back, allowing your entire body to relax and feel great after a long day.
This therapeutic workshop has a focus on the areas above that are affected by sitting for long periods and work on increasing the mobility and flexibility so that we can live a life filled with movement
