Private TuitionOne to one yoga classes are a great way to develop an all round practice and deeper understanding of all aspects of yoga. 

Classes are tailored to you, therefore great if you're recovering from injury, living with illness, have particular areas of stiffness, are pregnant, working towards personal goals or ambitions, or just want to practice in the comfort of your own home, we take into account health concerns, emotional states, lifestyle and tailor your yoga practice to your individual needs. 

In a typical first session a medical history will be taken, the body, posture, simple movements and the breath will be observed to specifically identify which areas of your body are limiting your movements and we can discuss any issues and concerns.  
We will then continue with a practice tailored to your needs whether you are dealing with anxiety or depression, asthma or diabetes, simply trying to improve mobility of shoulders, or you're trying to free your hips and lower back after years of horse riding, to improve comfort, or trying to free your lower back to find extra length in your stride for running there is a yoga practice for you, no matter what you are working with Yoga is definitely for you. 
Yoga can be also be an ideal way to keep healthy and happy during pregnancy.Whether you are new to yoga or well practised wanting to adapt familiar exercises to suit your pregnancy we can help you strengthen your mind, body and spirit in preparation for labour and delivery, we include yoga postures to address and relieve the common discomforts of pregnancy; relaxation techniques and breathing exercises to ease fear and anxiety; abdominal and pelvic floor toning to enhance postnatal recovery all of which will benefit the health of you and your growing baby.  

During your one to one session you will be given some stretches and/or breathing techniques to take home with you and continue your practice in between sessions. 

Anyone can practice yoga in our private lessons, individuals, small groups, families, groups of friends, mums and babies, we can accommodate most groups.
Can be held at your space or mine ! by appointment only.

Your private yoga session should be paid for when booking, in advance.  This payment will reserve and secure your booked session. If you need to cancel or change your booking, you can do so, provided that 24 hours notice is given.  
If you are late for the private session, the class may still go ahead but will end at the agreed booking end time; as other classes and sessions will follow.
