TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Classes are always subject to availability, but at Indigo
Yoga and Therapies we endeavour to give you our best service.
Please check class is still running and available if you
have not attended for some time.
You are expected to provide all correct details about
your health via the health form prior to attendance and YOU are responsible for
your own health and well being. All
Terms and Condition on liability apply.
Class Passes cannot be shared, 4 class passes are valid
for 6 weeks, 8 class passes are valid for 10 weeks, 12 class passes are valid
for 14 weeks, classes will automatically be deducted from your class pack.
You must book every single class that you wish to attend
in advance, bookings are available up to 2 hours before the class starts
however you would need to pay online if leaving it this late to book as payment
is required in advance.
Please be aware that if a class does not have enough
attendees booked on to be viable it will be cancelled so please book on as soon

Payment is required at the time of booking.
You MUST specify the classes you want to attend on our Instabook online booking system before attending a lesson.
Please note that spaces cannot be reserved without payment.
You do not have to come to the same class each week, you
can differ, or attend multiple classes, which makes it more flexible for you,
however, you must book on via the booking system.
You are able to access the online booking system via the
website, classes, timetable and pricing pages, or via Facebook (Indigo Yoga and
Turning up when not booked in, may result in refusal to
join class especially if the class is fully booked in advance, you may be
allowed to join, however it will depend on whether there are any last minute
cancellations or no-shows, so you will have to wait till the start of class,
hence the request that there’s no drop-ins without enquiring or pre-booking
There is a limit to how many students can be in the
studio and halls used by Indigo Yoga and Therapies, this can not be exceeded
and we appreciate your compliance with this.
Preference for group classes will be given to existing students first (for the classes they currently do), Then the remaining spaces will be offered to those on the waiting list and then on a first come first served basis, to avoid disappointment please do not book onto classes without contacting me first as although there is a space on the booking system it does not necessarily mean this space is available.
PAYG (pay as you go) classes are available at £8 per class or you may purchase a Class Pass.
The 4 class £24 is open for 6 weeks after your first
attendance and then become void thereafter.
The 8 class pass £45 is open for 10 weeks after your
first attendance and then become void thereafter.
The 12 class pass £68 is open for 14 weeks after your
first attendance and then become void thereafter.
(Please note if you are paying online you will notice an increase in price to cover my costs incurred.)
Class passes are non consecutive so will be carried over
if on holiday or ill but only with prior notification of non attendance and
will only be extended as stated above.
After making payment of a class pass, please specify ALL
of your classes that you are going to attend.
Class passes are NON refundable once purchased, this is
your commitment to attend, if unsure whether you can make a commitment for the
block group sessions, then you are best paying as you go.
Payments can be made via the online booking system Instabook, cash or
cheque (made payable to Sharon Cannon if paid in advance so funds are cleared
prior to class) Payments need to be received in advance
All classes, need to be booked online via our booking
system Instabook, there is an option to pay later if you do not wish to pay
online, however payment must be received in advance prior to class.
Please make your payment at the time of booking.
Bookings with offline (pay later) payments will be marked as complete but will show as having money owed until the payment has been recorded, if this has not been received within 7 days the booking will be cancelled.
If this is not possible, please make sure you make contact to discuss this or your booking will be cancelled.
We still require those who PAYG to put their name down on
the booking system each week for class attendance.
All classes whether prepaid or PAYG are subject to our
cancellation policy (see below).
Class prices may be increased by Indigo Yoga and
Therapies at any time although we will endeavour to keep prices at good
affordable rates as best we can, we are not responsible for venue hire
increases and thus our prices change accordingly.
Indigo Yoga and Therapies can also not be accountable for
loss or change of venue. This is outside
Indigo Yoga and Therapies control but again, all efforts will be made to find a
suitable venue as soon as possible.
WORKSHOPS AND COURSES
Workshops are one off sessions focused on specific areas
of the practice. Some of these Workshops will be longer sessions so that we can
go into further details regarding specifics.
Courses will be run over 4-8 weeks.

For Monday's Large Vinyasa Class you may cancel a pre-booked class up to 4 hours before the class. If you do not, you will be charged for attending, transfers/refunds cannot be given after this time.
For all other classes, courses or workshops, held in the Indigo Yoga Studio we can only offer a refund when cancelling 7 days before the beginning of the event.
Due to the size of the studio and the limited number of spaces available a little more thought and planning goes into keeping these classes running and viable.
If you cancel a class, course or workshop with less than 7 days notice, no refund will be available, I will try my best to transfer you to another class that week if space allows. You may also pass your booking onto a friend at no additional cost, but we must be notified via email, if someone is attending in your place. If the event is fully booked and we can manage to fill your place to someone on the waiting list, we will transfer the class to another date as long as you are within the 2 week window as stated above, however no transfers/refunds will be offered if the space cannot be filled, strictly no refunds/transfers will be provided unless advance notice has been provided that you are not attending. Late notice via email, SMS, social media, or third parties/replacements upon arrival are not deemed suitable notice.
In the case of a class, course or workshop being cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund, or the option of being transferred to another class, workshop or course of equal value.
Cancellation can be done by contacting myself or via our booking system Instabook, the confirmation email you received when you booked your place will have an option to cancel the booking.
Any booked Corporate sessions must be cancelled within 24 hours, in person or by telephone, email or text message. In any other case the session will be charged in full.
Please help preserve the peace and be sure to turn off
your mobile phone before the start of class, please be aware that vibrate is
not silent and can be disturbing if left to go off during class, please make
sure you do not have you phone on vibrate.
Entering classes late is disturbing to others, if you do
arrive a few minutes late please make sure that you enter as slowly and quietly
as you can.
After 10 minutes, the teacher has the right to not allow
latecomers in as the warm up would have started and to do class without warming
up is not advised.
Property brought to class is of your own responsibility
and therefore we ask you not to bring valuables and wear as little
jewellery/watches as possible for your safety and to prevent loss if removed.
Any property is you own responsibility. No responsibility is placed with Indigo Yoga
and Therapies for your effects and possessions.
YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Usage of your personal information is governed by the Indigo
PRIVATE YOGA CLASSESPrivate Yoga Tuition - Terms and Conditions
Your private yoga session should be paid for when booking, in advance. This payment will reserve and secure your booked session. If you need to cancel or change your booking, you can do so, provided that 24 hours notice is given.

Your Corporate yoga session shall be invoiced in advance on the 1st of the month. This payment will reserve and secure your booked sessions. If you need to cancel or change your bookings, you can do so, provided that 24 hours notice is given.

The class will start at its scheduled time, If your attendees are late they may join the class at their own risk as they will not have attended the warm up section. Gift vouchers are non refundable or transferable and are
valid for 3 months from time or purchase, appointments can be made up to 6
months from time of purchase but contact needs to be made and appointment
booked within 3 months.
Yoga block booked gift pack sessions must begin within 2
months of the date of payment.
EVENTS AND CORPORATE MASSAGE
The client will ensure that guests arrive in time for
their pre-scheduled treatments. We will
make every effort to accommodate any changes due to lateness but in such an
event Indigo Yoga and Therapies will have not liability for any loss of treatment
The client is responsible for providing an accurate
address and relevant contact details for the event. Indigo Yoga and Therapies will have not
liability for any loss of Treatment time due to inaccurate address information.
All guests must fill out a consultation form before any
treatment can be carried out. You will
need to make the Therapist aware of any medical history or any allergies, this
can be done online via the website.
Indigo Yoga and Therapies reserves the right to refuse
treatments where they feel the client is at risk. If this situation does occur then the
Therapist may be able to offer an alternative treatment. If a client has a medical condition that we
are not told about and suffers a reaction to a treatment we will not be held
Indigo Yoga and Therapies shall not be liable to the
client for any loss, injury, damage, expense or delay suffered by the Client or
Therapist. This exclusion shall extend
(but not be limited)to the consequences of any act or omission (whether wilful,
negligent, reckless, dishonest or otherwise) which takes place during the event
on the part of the Therapist of the Client.
The Client acknowledges that Indigo Yoga and Therapies fees are set on
the basis that it has no such liability.
The Client will ensure that adequate room is provided as
advised by Indigo Yoga and Therapies in order for the Freelance Therapist to perform
pre scheduled treatments.
The Client will take all reasonable endeavours to ensure
that guests limit the intake of alcoholic beverages prior to receiving
treatments, we require a smoke free environment in order to achieve the full
Indigo Yoga and Therapies may refuse treatments to any
client deemed to be behaving inappropriately or under the influence of drugs and/or
alcohol, with no refund.
The event will be set up via our booking system and a
deposit of £5 per person is required upon booking the event, the full balance
should be made 14 days before the date of the event.
If the client cancels the event with a least 7 days
notice, they will be entitled to a refund of monies paid, excluding any
deposits. If less than 7 days notice is
received 50% of the total cost of the event will be paid, excluding any

the treatment is cancelled with less than 7 days notice. It is suggested that any cancelled treatment
time is shared between the remaining guests.
If the event is cancelled by Indigo Yoga and Therapies
then a full refund, including the deposits will be repaid.
Any threatening or rude behaviour towards the teacher,
verbally or physically will not be tolerated and will be reported and offending
student will be banned from returning with no refunds given.
Any threatening communications via text/email will also
be taken very seriously and will be forwarded to the police.
Indigo Yoga and Therapies also asks that everyone respect
each other and refrain from talking loudly during class, although a light
hearted approach is encouraged during classes, conversations between friends or
couples whilst the teacher is helping students and giving instruction is
distracting and rude to the teacher and fellow students.

listen to your body, listen to the teachers instructions/modifications
carefully and agree to the terms and conditions on this site, by attending a
class and by completing the health form, that is your agreement. You are responsible for your health and well
being. The teacher is not responsible
for you and especially for anything you do outside of instruction, this is why
listening and staying focused is important at all times.
All health issues must be discussed prior to practice and
if you are pregnant, please consult your doctor first and check with the
teacher that a particular class you’re interested in is suitable.
It is vital that you supply us with correct information
about yourself via the online health form and telling us prior to class of any
changes or illness that we would need to know that day. We cannot be liable for any incorrect
information supplied by you to us. We
try to make sure that all information contained on this web site is correct,
but, subject to the paragraph below, we do not accept any liability for any
error or omission and exclude all liability for any action you (your legal
representatives, heirs) may take, or loss or injury you may suffer (direct or
